HSE Emergency First Aider at Work (6 Hour Course) This course aims to teach the skills and knowledge of Emergency First Aider at Work in accordance with the requirements of the Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981. Paediatric First Aid for Carers & Teachers (2 Days) Anyone who works in a day care or with a day home agency must take a Child Care First Aid Course. Schools,Parents, grandparents, teachers, nannies and babysitters would also benefit. H.S.E Emergency Aider at Work (18 Hour over 3 Days) Course This course is designed relevant to emergencies within the bigger industries for employees working with heavy equipment or machinery,such as embedded objects,inc CPR, Fractures or Eye injuries etc. H.S.E Requalifying First Aider at Work (18 Hrs) The course is designed to provide re-certification for a first aider that has already successfully completed a 3 days HSE (Emergency First Aider at Work)course. who are now due to requalify. This course is 18 Hrs over 2 Days or for 3 hrs taking it year 1 & 2. This course is designed relevant to emergencies within the bigger industries for employees working with heavy equipment or machinery,such as embedded objects,inc CPR, Fractures or Eye injuries etc. Food Safety Course (C.I.E.H) Level 2 This is a Chartered Institue of Enviornmental Health, Level 2 in Food Hygiene course. This course benifits any person working in the catering industry and in schools. Oxygen Familiarisation Course The immediate availability of Oxygen Therapy in a respiratory crisis cannot be over-emphasised. In fact, speed in which oxygen is administered may significantly improve the victim's chance of survival. Advisory External Defibrillator To train and qualify students in the knowledge & skills to use an advisory external defibrillator. Manual Handling The course is designed to provide a broad range of knowledge and skills relevant in the working environment.
Safer People Handling The course is designed to provide a broad range of knowledge and skills relevant in the medical working and the patient care environments. Seizure Management To train healthcare professionas in the knowledge & skills of seizure management on both adult & paediatric patients. First Aid Sport Related Injuries To train students in the recognition and first aid treatment of common sports related injuries. Management of Conflict & Aggression Professional and effective customer care is the key to providing quality services. These modules teach the importance of good communication and equip the candidate with skills to cope with difficult situations. |
