Our mission is to deliver an effective and responsive training and education service through the provision of quality training, guidance, education and information.

To support and train by providing advice, guidance and education which enables the candidate to develop their capacities to determine and execute immediate first aid decisions.
To provide up-to-date and accessible information on training issues.
To work in partnership with other colleagues throughout the wider health services.
To maintain, develop and monitor the quality provision of the service.
